Refund policy

Hygiene & Safety Policy:
Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, all press-on nails, nail tools, and accessories are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor color variances.

Order Cancellations & Order Errors:

• Cancellations before shipping: If you request a cancellation before your order is processed, a 5% non-refundable payment processing fee will be deducted from your total refund.

• Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the original shipping fee ($8.00) plus a 5% handling fee will be deducted from the final refund.
